Harvest 2017 Coming

Our ripeness in the vineyard is tracking last year's progress very closely and the new pre-pruning and earlier canopy management has had some very obvious benefits, with later flowering to miss the end of winter, and fruit that is better adapted to the summer sun; with virtually no sun burn. We've been holding out for complete physiological ripeness and full flavors and the Pinot Noir looks like it's days from attaining that goal. The Chard will follow closely.
