Harvest Begins!

The 2025 Vintage is underway! Our Sauvignon Blanc is a grape we're picking relatively early, as we're looking for a bright citrusy style. The vines are three years old and the crop load is light, but there is enough to harvest and make wine; something we haven't been able to do since 2021! This marks the first time i've made Sauvignon Blanc and I've been talking with a master SB maker, Marty Mathis of Kathryn Kennedy about styles and how to acheive them. I'm excited to be making wine again, learning something new,  and exercising my creativity!
